the cutest pants

Stella McCartney Kids Weekend Underwear (2-6 years)
This little box set would make the most adorable gift for a little girl. Or in my case (or rather Tabitha’s), a gorgeous little ‘reward’ gift for being so good with all things ‘toilet related’ (well, here’s hoping anyway…). 100% organic cotton Saturday and Sunday pants with the prettiest embroidery on the front. Too cute for words.

ps: I have the adult version (and all seven days no less!), and although a little on the skimpy side, I absolutely love them too. Although, just to be clear, they weren’t a ‘reward gift’ of any kind!

the cutest pants (in a bag)

Mini Boden 7 Pack Of Pants
As far as I’m concerned, Mini Boden does the best girls’ knickers ever. I always buy them for Tabitha. They are not the cheapest, but in terms of great value they are hard to beat (I have chucked out so many cheaper pairs because they just end up looking tatty and grey after a few washes…). The designs are always super-cute (these striped ones are definitely my favourite this season, but Tabs also has the strawberry set), the fit is good, and the quality is great. They get washed A LOT, and always come out of the tumble drier looking as good as new. I also love the sweet little cloth bag that they always come in (I use them for keeping spare pairs in when I’m out and about with the twins). And the best thing about them? Tabs loves them as much as I do (this is becoming more and more of a rarity as time goes on…), and loves choosing which pair she’s going to wear each morning. Sweet.

ps: now from pants to platters. So many people have asked me for the exact details of the M&S sandwich platters that I mentioned a few weeks ago. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, they are a lifesaver for kids’ parties (and honestly, they really don’t work out much more expensive than buying everything and making them yourselves). Just order online, then collect from your nearest M&S store on the day of the party. Couldn’t be easier. So here you go: no mayo sandwich fingers.

vintage style nappy cover

Mila-Moo Floral Nappy Cover (size: newborn)
These are just so cute!  Similar to the pretty knickers I have previously posted, these are slightly different in that they are designed specifically to go over nappies (such a great idea). They are handmade from cotton Liberty fabric, are elasticated for extra comfort, and have a pretty velvet trim. And as for the bow? Too adorable for words… Would make the most beautiful gift for a newborn. It’s things like this that seriously make me want to have another baby! Almost.
