H&M Striped Jersey Leggings (6 months-2 years)
Never underestimate the power of the navy and white striped legging. Every little girl should have at least one pair in her wardrobe at all times. Tabs has been wearing them since she was baby, and wears them week in, week out. They go with pretty much everything (I particularly love them when worn with a floral printed blouse), and always look cute and stylish. They are particularly useful when it’s this kind of uncertain weather – when you’re not sure whether it’s quite warm enough to bust out a Summer dress (it rarely is). They look so sweet with sandals or hi-tops. These ones are an amazing price, and are made from 100% organic cotton. I would definitely recommend buying a couple of pairs in one hit. I often buy Tabitha’s from Gap too. And as we all know, you can never have too many Breton stripes.

I Love Gorgeous ‘Love’ Necklace (one size)
How cute is this? And I have to say, I was surprised at the price – I thought it would have been much more expensive. It would make an adorable present for a (not too little – I am definitely not a fan of jewellery on babies and toddlers) little girl. And it comes beautifully packaged in a fluorescent pink gift box. I could definitely see my niece, Holly wearing this. And of course, I can’t help thinking of Sex & The City and the Carrie necklace. Love!

Mini Boden Printed Swimsuit (1.5-10 years)
I first clapped eyes on this super-cute swimsuit when I was on a Boden shoot in South Africa back in November last year. The (adult) model absolutely loved it, and managed to squeeze herself into the age 10 sample (which admittedly did involve a certain amount of gymnastics), and vowed to buy herself one when it came out in the catalogue! Anyway, fast forward to June, and it’s now Tabitha’s latest obsession. I bought it for her to wear to her swimming classes (no dull, plain costumes for her obviously…), and she loves it as much as the model in South Africa did! I love the cute retro print, and the pretty hawaiian-esque petal trim. The only thing is, it seems to be quite popular, and Tabs had her first taste of ‘who wore it best’ at the swimming pool last week when another little girl pitched up to the class wearing the exact same one! Fortunately Tabs didn’t mind one bit, and continues to love it just as much…

The Little White Company 2 Pack Short Sleeve Pyjamas (12 months-12 years)
A few people have been asking me where to get good ‘Summer’ pyjamas from for boys. Why they actually need them is another question (they obviously don’t live in London)! No seriously, I have reached for Marlow’s short sleeved pyjamas a few times this year (although I’m yet to buy Tabs a new nightdress for fear of it just sitting unworn, looking pretty in a drawer…). I have always been a big fan of The Little White Company boys’ pyjamas, and have recently discovered that they do fab Summer ones too. I like that these are shorts, but that the legs aren’t too skinny (like some brands). And of course I’m loving the simple striped design. Their pyjamas are always lovely quality and wash well (sorry – this is turning into a rather dull post isn’t it?). I will definitely be buying this set of two (great value for two pairs I always think) for Marlow. And Tabitha? Well, you never know, she may still get to wear a pretty nightdress yet…

Stella McCartney Kids Weekend Underwear (2-6 years)
This little box set would make the most adorable gift for a little girl. Or in my case (or rather Tabitha’s), a gorgeous little ‘reward’ gift for being so good with all things ‘toilet related’ (well, here’s hoping anyway…). 100% organic cotton Saturday and Sunday pants with the prettiest embroidery on the front. Too cute for words.

Bows & Arrows Boys Striped Shorts (6 months-6 years)
Marlow had the best pair of denim shorts from Boots (yes really!) that he wore into the ground last Summer (although, rememebering last Summer as I do, I’m not entirely sure how exactly?). Anyway. They were brilliant value, and I always loved them on him (more so than any of the other more expensive options I’d bought). I’ve just spotted these on the Boots website, and they are now at the top of my shopping list for Marlow for this ‘Summer’. Love the faded stripes (and the fact that they are 100% cotton). I think I might even love them a little bit more than last year’s…

Zü Cloud Cushion (43×23 cm)
Tabitha and Marlow both have variations of this cushion on their beds, and they look so cute. This yellow is a new colour, and I really love it (it’s that perfect yellow that I’m a little obsessed with – called ‘honey’). There are plenty of other colours to choose from, and they come in two different sizes. Such a simple, sweet design. And would make a great pressie too. Super-stylish.
